Session Cross Compatibility

Maybe, but one of the limitations is the difference in file system between OS X (Unix based) and Windows. My assessment: high complexity, low priority.

The workaround is not a great deal (unless you have to do it daily): copy a session and only replace the session file.

I learn something new everyday. I had no idea all I had to do was replace the session file. 🤭

No problem, and let us know when you have any questions.

So any image adjustments, including stars & color tags that are made on a mac can be read on a windows PC?

Yes, and vice versa. All adjustments, stored in the Settings50 sub folder of the image folder or packed in EIP (if you pack as EIP) are cross platform transferrable.
Session information, stored in the session file (*.col50) is platform specific. This can include session favorites, session folder assignment and session albums.
