    Hi

I have notice this issue today while working on a set of images recently taken.

sometimes when I push the slider of either highlight or shadow recovery, a portion of the image does not get affected.

    any helps?

    regards

    This looks familiar!
I have the same issue quite regularly with images in a catalogue. Only (elaborate) way to solve it, is to export the image (including settings) to a location outside the catalogue, then trash the image (removing it from the catalogue) and import it again.
I'm not sure what triggers this issue, whether it is use of layers, or other edits, but once it is there, even resetting the image does not cure the odd shadow tool behavior.

Do you have any sidecar files from other apps? I noticed a similar thing when I was testing out Irident Developer. Deleting the sidecar file fixed the issue.

Many thanks for the suggestion Chris, I mainly work only with session but will give it a go and see if it can be a temporary solution 😊

    Hey Peter!

Hope you're well! Have you tried exporting those files to see if they're affected? Also try regenerating previews, and updating to new 8.2 version. Were they shot on your P25?
