Have you checked to see what temperature your processor is running at. CO is capable of working your processor very hard for an extended period of time which may expose thermal problems.

An indicator that of this problem may be a number of images processed before the fault. If this number is consistently lower when the ambiant temperature is higher, then PC cooling may well be the culprit.

    Thanks for the reply.

We had that problem previously and corrected it by adding an additional Fan + we upgraded the original.

Also it doesn't perform any better when colder.

I'm wondering if it may be memory related even though I have extra Ram. Maybe it is not performing as it should??

    Hi Keith

    Ran memory test. All Ok.

Went back in to C1 to process a batch of images and after 25 out of 99 I got send error report box. When I clicked on this to send the program closed down.

    Any other suggestions?

    Mark,

This is a good issue for a Support Case, since there are many questions to ask...
    Process to location?
What are the Destination file types ?
RAW files on Local C: ?
Any other Programs running in Background?
    Is open in Photoshop checked?

If all are in order, I'll offer the solution of
doing a complete Uninstall and Clean Reinstall of the program.
See Knowledge Base article on removing:
    http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Support ... nguageid=1

Then Download and install the most recent version of LE 3.7.4 from web site:
    http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Downloads/COforWIN.aspx

Let us know how this goes and if problems persist.

    Regards,
