C1 Pro crashes while batch-developing D800 images

I use Windows 7Professional and when batch-developing images, Capture One Pro 6.4.1 crashes, and at the end I get a message "COM Surrogate has stopped working".
I noticed on Internet that this is probably caused by a Codec of some of the software.
Has anyone had similar problem and found a solution?

    That is correct. Maybe you can determine which codec is causing the problem. This (slow) video might help you how to do that:
