Auto Levels & Channel Mode

When we do auto-levels through the general Auto adjust button, should it respect the Channel mode set in the preferences?

I have separate channel mode set to Red, Green & Blue Channels (a wonderful addition!), but it seems to just using the RGB channel.

    Using the Auto button in the Levels dialog gives the correct outcome.

    As you observed the channel mode for Levels only works with the tool's auto adjust, not the general auto adjust. I am not sure this bevior is intended or not.
