Buying the upgrade?

Saw the upgrade notification and tried to buy it. Went to the P1 main screen, Store, Upgrade and clicked on the Single User Upgrades. This shows a screen of prices, with USD 99 in blue, like a link. But it isn't, nothing happens and I can't find any place where I can order the upgrade.

Is 8 not out yet, or am I missing something?

  You need to first login to the phase one website, then visit the upgrade page.
