IMPORTING IMAGES

Newbie, downloaded trial version of c1 pro, when I come to import my images there is no import button in the import window. What have I done wrong. Thanks

    Where are you importing from - a memory card, or some other location on your computer?

    What you should see is a dialog box with stuff like location to import from, whether to create a backup, file naming and stuff like that on the left, and then on the right thumbnails of images in the location you have chosen and an import button bottom right. Not what you are seeing?

    Be sure that when you are specifying the source in the Import window that you are just pointing to the parent folder. If the files are greyed out in the Windows dialog that drops down, it is because you need to point to the folder rather than select the images there. Once the folder has been selected, the Import window will populate the previews and you can import from there.
