Matching PS color settings?

When I installed PRO (upgrade from SE), I was asked if I wanted to have the installer open PS and tweak it's settings. I said Yes. That operation failed, and I was directed to do it on my own later, but don't know what in PS I'm supposed to tweak, and how.

    This is the Color Management Settings for Photoshop. The file establishes the prefered settings for Phase One Workflow. In Photoshop, they are the settings under Edit > Color Settings... and then you'll get the Color Settings window.
    Within the downloaded file that you unzipped is an .exe file found in a folder named CMSInstallers
    Close Photoshop
    Browse to the SetupColors.exe file and double-click
    Now it will change the settings of Color Settings of Photoshop.
    Check to see at Settings that Phase One Workflow is selected.
