Canon 5D Mk2 + C1Pro 6.4.5 Tethering Issues

After having performed Canon "workaround" my Canon 5D Mk2 does not stay tethered after a pause to review images w client.

Camera "Auto Power Off" is set to "Off"
Mac OSX 10.8.5
C1 Pro 6.4.5
Canon 5D Mk2
Firmware 2.1.2
MacBook Pro 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
8GB RAM
SSD Drive

I performed the userforum "workaround" re unpacking and replacing SDK.

1. Should I have performed the "workaround" on 6.4.4 - not 6.4.5?
2. Does Mavericks + Capture One 7 + 5D Mk2 work successfully? Very little discussion on 5D Mk2 and Mavericks

    You should NOT apply the Canon SDK workaround on CO 6.4.5 as it already contains the newer SDK (it was the main reason to release it in the first place).

    Just install it again and you are fine.
