Canon M5 cr2 raws not recognized

The import is not seeing the cr2 files for my new Canon M5. Is there something I need to change on my side?

    Check the release notes where you will find a list of all currently supported cameras.

    No M5 currently listed.

    I would suggest you raise a Support Case - that is the best way to advise the development team of your interest and hopefully other will do the same.

    Whilst most cameras, especially those from major sources, will be supported soon after release a few of them may not be obvious candidates for a fast early release of the lab time based process. In some situations Phase will only know how much demand there might be for a particular camera amongst Capture One users when people tell them.
