Need help on Exposure Warnings
I am new to Capture One so...... I open raw file, .ARW ad go to the exposure tab and auto adjust Exposure, HDR and Levels. I then turn on exposure warnings and there are blue and red warnings. If I make changes to Highlight and Shadow it changes the whole picture, I just want to make adjustments to the blue and red warnings.WHat am I doing wrong

Have you created a layer? As long as you don't have a layer, any change will be global, i.e. affecting the whole image. 0 -
The blue and red warnings are not only related to underexposed and overexposed areas, but also to the capacity of your screen or your printing device to display or print colors. If some colors can't be displayed or printed correctly, the corresponding warnings will light up.
You should first have a look at the color space chosen in the "output" tool.

It is probably also worth observing at 100% what happens when you make an adjustment if you are not already doing so.
Bear in mind that significant adjustment to only the extreme values MAY make an image look unbalanced.
If you need specific control of extreme under of over exposure you probably need to experiment with the levels tool(s) to see where that takes you.
