I tried both (v2780/4) but both crash just after staring. -> You just see the beach ball.

I deleted a few times the whole app and the Phase One application support folder.

No sucess.

What should i do?

  Try this:
  
  Hold down shif key while launching th application.
  Go to your batch queue
  Delete the queue.
  Put a check mark in \"enable batch queue\"
  Add files to process queue again.
  
  if this does not solve it then go to http://www.phaseone.com/ ->Support-> Websupport.
