Canon 30D tethered to Capture One Pro w/ I-Mac G5 10.3.9

Hello...I am unable to tether from Canon 30D to I-Mac G5 10.3.9

Running Canon software in back , Communication: Print / PC on camera

Set camera preferences in C1P. Will updating Firmfware help?

Also, Is there any kind of 1-800 number even if it is sales dept.

  Hi-
  We do not support tethering with Canon 30D and the present Capture One
  There is a workaround as discussed in this previous post. http://forum.phaseone.com/viewtopic.php ... hlight=30d
  However you have to establish that your camera will tether in the canon software first.
