annotations

I have been experimenting with the annotations tool, Do these just disappear when you process a PSD, for some reason I thought they would travel with the PSD file as an extra layer, I could be wroing

  Did you enable 'Annotations (as a Layer)' in 'Process Recipe' - 'Metadata' tab - 'Workflow'?
