Index Number Disappeared in 5.1.1

Gentlemen,
Please refer to the following tool:
Levels/Middle Slider
The index number showing the middle slider adjustment disappeared in version 5.1.1 (not Pro Version).
I am certain it was there in version 5.1.
Has anyone else noticed this?

  I have seen this occasionally. It disappeared after trashing the preference file (USER.CONFIG).

  I get this using the pro version. I just resize the tool column width to get it back. A slight nudge one way then back does the trick. Do this by placing the mouse pointer on the right-side boundary, then click and drag.
