Styles not loading

Permanently deleted user
After loading purchased Styles they are not visible or usable from the adjustments menu. We have the option delete but can not use them. Anyone else having the same problem?

    I'm experiencing the same after purchasing 2 days ago. I selected Capture One Pro with the added Styles (B/W-Cinematic- Film Styles packs) for $354. When selecting styles my only options are spring and legacy. When trying to locate them, it directs me to my downloads but they do not reside there.

    How do I go about obtaining what I paid for and getting some help here.

    You get help through the Support team - go to the Help menu and scroll down to Capture One Support.
