Fatal Error

I keep getting this message when trying to open C1 7 on Windows 7.


Says Fatal Error, Could not load file assembly, etc

Usually with a mac I can go in and delete a file or something but new to Windows. Any advice?

    Such errors are difficult to solve through a user forum. I think you are better of to file a support case. See the Help menu for a link.
