Capture one 5.x neu instalieren

Die Aktivierung war nicht möglich, da das Aktivierungslimit erreicht ist. Bitte deaktivieren Sie die Software auf einem oder mehreren Computern, um weitere Aktivierungen zu ermöglichen.

Diese Meldung bekomme ich beim Aktivierungsversuch.
Ich habe Capture one 5.x nach einem Festplattencrash auf meinem PC neu instaliert, was kann ich tun um diese Einschränkung auf zu heben ?

    Login onto the Phase One web site, go to License Management and deactivate your license key. All activations (typically 2) are erased. You can activate your new installation.
    (I can read German but am slow in writing it 😉 )

    i have the same problem, after moving all stuff to my new laptop, i could activate it, but then it says "please upgrade to 6.x 64bit" (or something like that), ok, i´ve downloaded and installed that 64 version and then it says i activated to much; i tried to deactivate as described, but nothing happened? please help, this new laptop is the only pc i got left!

    sorry for the post, it was my fault, i had 2 activations left, but 0 upgrades; my key seems to be only for version 5.x! thanks anyway =) great program, actually i am thinking about buying the 49€ upgrade... 😄

    Ich habe eine zweite Version Capture one 5.2.1 auf einem PC installiert und aktiviert.
    Dies war die 2. Aktivierung.
    Ich möchte den Internet-PC wechseln. Auf dem neuen PC ist Capture One schon installiert. Um diese zu aktivieren, muss ich daher die 1. Aktivierung deaktivieren. Über die Software geht das aber nicht, da die Fehlermeldung kommt, das keine Verbindung zum Aktivierungsserver hergestellt werden kann, obwohl ich mit dem Internet verbunden bin.
    Wenn ich eine Deaktivierung über die Webseite mache, was bedeutet das denn?
    Vielen Dank für die Antwort, sie kann auch in Englisch sein. Ich kann Englisch besser verstehen, als schreiben.

    Markus, when you deactivate from the website you deactivate all activations for a particular license key, and you get all (mostly 2) activations back for future use. This affects all current activated installations of Capture One, including the one you like to remain activated. When you start the program on that computer, a message regarding activation might occur. Just activate it again and you're OK.
