MAC - Black and white styles

I having been playing around with various black and white styles but am not getting the results I am after - are there any downloads of various samples of styles available??

    The Walter Borchenko book: Applied Craftmanship (available at The Flash Centre) covers styles, styles creation plus 3 months membership to the "Capture University" (online resource). I believe there is downloadable content there.
