cant process images

awoof
My hard drive almost became full and capture shop said i had to clear some space before it could process any more images so I did. I have plenty of space now but when I try and process images from my p21 nothing happens. Any ideas?

    on the thumbnail, when I click on process I get the yellow icon instead of the green one. Any ideas?

    hey awofinden,

    make sure that

    - the checkbox of the batch queue is clicked
    - your system drive (the drive of capture one) has enough space
    - the process target is set

    last idea is deleting the captureonedslr.plist to get the software to default.

    during my trial of Pro i had this and could not work out why.
    eventually i realised i had been browsing the folder and had not imported into capture. if there is no processed folder or it has been moved i think it will also do the same.
