Bug: Cannot set Redo to Ctrl+Shift+Z?

When trying to set the Redo key shortcut to Ctrl+Shift+Z, it doesn't take it. I cannot see any other key set to that so I don't think it's a conflict. Can this get fixed, please?

    Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via this guide:
