Expanded Import Options

My existing import setup in Aperture is import off the camera or hard drive into one project, but have the images imported on disk directories named by the date they were taken (not the date they were imported).

For example, connect a camera with images from 3 different days, when Aperture imports it places those images into three different folders (yyyy-mm-dd).

Is this possible to do in Capture One, rather than have them all import into a single directory on disk?
