Cannot Activate My Capture One Pro 11
I recently bought the Sony version of Capture One Pro 11 via Amazon and I cannot activate online. I've submitted a ticket and have not gotten a response yet so maybe someone on here can help.
I get the following message when I try to activate the software:
Could not activate because the activation profile is incorrect.
I've checked my Software Licenses tab in the 'My Pages' section on the website and my purchase is not listed there, so I really don't know what to do about this, and with no one assisting me from Phase One on this, I really am lost.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

Yes, I submitted a Support Case 2 days ago, I've sent them messages on their Facebook page, and I haven't gotten a response yet.0 -

Did you get a Support Case Number?
If not the case was most likely not created.
As far as I know Support will only respond to logged cases.

Sadly, we haven't yet developed the technology to respond to cases that haven't been submitted. Needless to say, we're ready/willing/able to help out OP if a case is logged in. As you mentioned, getting a case number is the clear indication that it was submitted properly- no case number, no submission.0 -

I was being cautious in case (no pun intended) the Facebook page had been quietly adopted as a communications medium encompassed by the help desk team.
