CaptureOne 7.1.4 download extremely slow - Any mirror?

Is it just me or is the download for 7.1.4 extremely slow? Like its running at 10kb/s?!! the rest of my internet seems to be working fine and I ran a speed test and it seemed to be in order. Any chance of a mirror download for this puppy?

    I have the same problem - I have been downloading for 6 hours and it lists 14 hours more to download.

    If that is not bad enough - I was 75% download this morning when the download stopped with the error message of "Website lost network connection"

    Come on guys - this is premium hardware and software site - you need to do MUCH better.

    Same here, I can't get a download to complete, it is estimated to take over 8 hours. What a waste of time.

    its been downloading for 5 hours and only 64mb down???!!!!! Please for the love of Pete we need a mirror!

    There are 2 download-locations already available, when you download the software. A US and DE mirror.
    They are located beneath the big CO logo.

    No problems for me with the download, it works fine. But running the aplication is slow at all. 1 hour to rename 1.285 pictures. Continously frished. Is like a nightmare.

    Some times didn´t recognize my old sesions.

    Anyone has the same problem?

    The DE mirror was running far faster last night when I DL'd it at home. The US was showing anything between several hours and a few days. Switched to the DE mirror and i had it down in about 15 minutes.

    If you click off of the images (deselect) once the rename has started, it seems to speed things up considerably. Give that a try.

    Again - I have been trying for 3 DAYS - on two different machines -two different connections 20MPS connection and an 15MBS both cable -both on Safari and Firefox. and I STILL CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE - it lists 5 to 15 hours and never completes-
    I have TWO PHASEONE BACKS -I have a $30,000 camera back and a lesser one - I bought extra copies of the software at $300 each.
    I have been a customer of Phase One since 1996 - I started with the Light Phase -guys -
    AND I STILL CAN'T download the software.
    Frustrated?! Angry?! You bet!!
    Lousy customer service - I think it speaks for itself.

    Took me just over ten minutes on my mediocre broadband connection here in the UK.

    Which is ironic, given that I don't really want it - I just wanted to see whether the returned spot removal in Express was broken compared to the earlier incarnation before it was arbitrarily pulled.

    Wonders never cease - it isn't.

    Have you tried the mirrors?
    Hvae you tried writing Support? They can send you a copy without further delay.

    I live on the east coast of the US and tried downloading using the US server but it said it was going to take 2 hours and 50 minutes. So I stopped the download and tried the UK server and it ended up taking about 19 minutes.
