Slow Real Time Adjustments

Hello,

Since I've updated Mac Os 10.14.4 and C1 12.0.2, it seems that the real time adjustments as exposure, color grading etc… are really really slow to appear on screen. There's a delay very annoying which was not there before, not as much.

I am wondering if there's something wrong in this last C1 update, or if my machine is not powerful enough. Well, i am very disappointed.

My machine is :

iMac (Retina 5K, 27, end 2014)
4 GHz Intel Core i7
32 Go 1600 MHz DDR3
AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4 Go
There's 200Go left on my system flash drive and 300Go on my files external drive

Does anyone knows what could be the problem ?

    Phase One will say its your GPU not suitable for 5k, some other folks will say its poor C1 optimisation ...

    You can try to disable HW acceleration, or rebuild C1 GPU configuration files

    biggest boost you will gain with switching to low resolution.

    Disabling HW acceleration seems to be worse…
    How do i rebuild C1 GPU files ?

    delete this folder

    macintoshhd/users/shared/capture one/imagecore

    or if you altered instalation destination...find folder imagecore in your mac

    It doesn't seem to be better…
    I think my Mac is too old for C1 12…

    Two more things :

    - My CPU is heating a lot while working. Activity monitor says something like 350-400%…

    - I am not a certified professional as written… as you could guess

    Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via the Scripts > Get Logs option.
