Crashing C1 8.3.2.6 OSX 10.10.4
Constantly crashing when trying to rename a folder within the capture folder via pasting in the name; folder takes name and highlighted, but then crashes when I hit the Enter/Return. I can re-name the folder from within the finder and it shows up in C1 just fine; just when trying to rename it via pasting from within the program.
Color readout at top center of viewer is slow to respond..... seems like it hangs for a while and not very responsive when switching to another image. Laggy!!!!

I'm having the same issue, though it doesn't occur 100% of the time. It seems to only happen when another process is happening in the background. I'm having the issue specifically with session favorites (though I haven't tried it with other types of folders). When I re-open C1, the ! triangle shows up next to the folder, and the updated name is reflected in Finder, so re-adding the folder to favorites is required. Definitely a bug in 8.3.2. 0 -
PS - I'm running 10.9.5, so it's gotta be a universal issue. 0 -
I would like to advice both posters to report the issue to Phase One support so R&D and have a look into it. 0 -
I have; as for the slowness and laggy color readout, they've suggested reducing the size of the proxy image to match the screen size to help with increasing the speed. I understand the logic and reasoning behind that.
As for the crashing program upon trying to rename folders within the capture folder from within the program, they've been unable to replicate that so they're looking into it more (?)0
