And the D300, since the Beta 4 is the LE version and the CO Pro 4 seems to be months away.

Request for your camera support , should be logged through a Support Case.
(heres how to create a support case)

Once this has been done, we forward your request to our Product Management Department and they will evaluate, decide and publish which cameras will be supported in future versions of Capture One.
