move crop with keyboard? (like in photoshop)

after i draw the crop area using the mouse, can i move the crop area around using the arrows of the keyboard (like in photoshop)?

basically i'd like to fine tune the positioning of the crop area, but when i use the mouse it is overly sensitive

    I'm pretty sure you can't, though I have often thought it would be a useful feature. Possible feature request, perhaps?
