Exporting ICC Image toPhotoshop

Hi Ulf,
I am using Capture One pro 3.7 and have been having trouble getting my ICC files to stick after exporting to Photoshop. Via this forum, i realized others had had this problem and the suggested solution was to save and or load this correction under styles. I have done this to no avail.
I was expecting to correct with ICC with Capture One and then export to Photoshop, hopefully still in Raw. Is this possible with this 3.7 version or would another version be advisable? Or, am I doing something wrong?

  Every now and then I do not understand a posting. This is one of them. ICC image, ICC files, correct with ICC but still raw... It's beyond me.

  Hi Paul,
  Please pardon my lack of clarity. Let me explain my process:
  
  I am using an extremely wide lens with a phase back and therefore have been using the white plexiglass in front of the lens and for every exposure, I make an ICC correction exposure. I apply this correction in Capture One and it is impressive. Both the magenta and green cast disappear.
  
  However, when I export this rectified image to Photoshop, the Magenta and Green cast still exist. So in some way the correction doesn’t stay with the image. In another inquiry that was posted earlier, the same question was asked by another individual and the suggested solution was to employ “Styles†where the correction was either saved or loaded. I tried both of these suggestions, but the correction seems to only operate in Capture One and as soon as I export it to Photo Shop, the correction disappears.
  
  Also when I export the image, I have a chice of “regular†or “High Qualityâ€, so I am not sure whether this raw image which has been corrected with the ICC exposure is still in the Raw format. The reason I say this is because, the photoshop that appears when I export the image is not Photoshop Raw, but instead the Photoshop with a different tool set that appears when I have a Tiff file.
  
  I received this particular software 3.7 when I purchase the Phase Back, but would likely be happier with the latest version.

  Hi Geoff,
  I understand you use LCC (Lens Cast Correction). When you process a Phase One raw file with an LCC image file assigned to it into (for example) a TIFF file, High Quality, the LCC image should be applied in the TIFF file when you open that file in Photoshop.
  
  Only when you open the Capture One processed (TIFF or JPEG) file in Photoshop, LCC is applied. When you open the original raw file in Photoshop, no LCC will be applied.

  Hi Geoff
  with a regular C1 3.7 you are entitled to use any V4… just download it form phaseone site http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Downloads/CO4.aspx
  
  A quite differnt GUI, but worth the try! I love it (though not every one here…)
