captureprocess.exe crashes

Hello,

this is my first posting in this form, and yes - I'm asking for help. 🤭

On my Windows XP system most of the time during the start of Capture One 5.0.1 the process "captureprocess.exe" crashed.

Now I switched to Windows 7 64 bit and after the registration of Capture One 5.0.1
the crashes are there again.
The "normal" process (raw converter) works fine!

By the way, Im still using the same HW (Win Xp and Win 7).
Any Ideas?

  Thank your for the reply and sorry for the long delay,
  
  but I installed update 5.0.2 Build 34838 and needed a bit of time to proof the result.
  
  For now the problem didn' accur with the new Update.
