    You should speak with your Phase One dealer. Failing that (e.g. you bought the back used and have no dealer to support you) you should start a support case using the "Contact Support" button at http://www.phaseone.com/en/SupportMain.aspx.

    I suggest this rather than just pointing you to the firmware download page (shown below) because if your back has very old firmware (2.9.😎 then it would not be adviseable to jump directly to the latest firmware version (5.1.😎 and instead you should update to version 3.2.6 then 4.8.4 and then to 5.1.8 and you will need your dealer's assistance to do so.
