Tiff files missing

Hi,

I am very much a newbie. My problem is that C1 is not recognising Tiffs from folders on my hard drive. It is picking up CR2 and jpg images ok and used to pick up Tiffs ok. I can't recall making any selections that would have caused this change in the setup.

I hope someone can help 😊

  TIFF browsing is a Mac capability. Windows platform will browse only JPEGs.
  Be aware that even though Capture One will browse JPEGs, it will not manipulate images in any way; and extra files are created in the Preview Cache thereby taking up resources.

  Thanks for your reply. I must have been imagining things when I thought it was picking up tiffs - probably using Breezebrowser and getting confused! I admit it, I haven't looked at any kind of tutorial yet. I've just been pressing buttons and seeing what happens, it's so much more fun than reading reams and reams of notes - but maybe less instructive 😊
