There is alot of information missing here.
What application, what camera, are you using a camera back?
If you are using a camera back then you can contact your dealer for a faster support respons.

Maxhirez is no longer taking care of this situation.

We were using version 3.6 on a PC with the H25 on both a Hassy and 4X5. We would set the ISO to 100 but everytime that the firewire cord is unplugged from the back or the software has to be restarted the ISO was reset to 50. This was mostly a problem because we were having other problems with our computer that would require us to restart the computer often and we were have a large number of times that we would have to unplug the firewire due to misfires with our camera that would cause it to lock up. What we were hoping for was to have the ability to set ISO 100 as the default setting.

As it has turned out we had to rebuild our PC from scratch, we reinstalled version 3.1 that came with our H25, I prefer this software over 3.6 so the problem is solved for now. We look forward to the release of 3.7 and hope that some of the issues we had with 3.6 are resolved.

    Thank you for your assistance.

You are correct that the software reverts back to ISO 50. This is a default setting and can not be changed.
Please note that not all ISO values are available depending upon which curve you select.
Film Curve extra shadow has ISO 100, Not always recommended.

Why can't this be changed, in version 3.1 customers could set the iso to 100, unplug the firewire cord, reattach it again and the iso still is 100. With 3.5.x, 3.6 it reverts back to ISO 50. We have alot of ppl asking about this....

...can't be changed in the sense that it always defaults to ISO 50 with these versions. We have received several requests regarding this issue and it has been passed on to Developers. It will be addressed in getting the functionality back that was there in the past.

    Sincerely,
