CANON RF LENSES PROFILE
Hi. How is it possible that of the four current RF lenses, the most sold, the RF24-105 is not registered in the lens profiles? I bought the perpetual license today and I got a disappointment. Nor is the profile of the Canon EF 35mm f2 is usm. And this has been in the market for years.
Is this going to be solved soon? Correctly distortion, vigneting and color is a fudge. Capture One is already better than Lightroom but it's things like this, that leave users with your mouths open.
What is said as it is possible that the best selling RF lens does not have a profile in Capture One and instead the other 3 if?

Hi,
I had the same problem with a Tokina 24-70mm (most common lens used from Tokina) lens last week and have send a mail to support about it.
Got a reply that my request was added to the database etc..........................
Did not sound to promising.
It's a dam good application, but the lens support lacks big time.
The problem is when future users of Capture One Demo the application and don't find their lens supported they just don't buy the app and go elsewhere. Support will never hear a thing from them. But Support is expecting users to ask for support for their missing lens profile and then when there is a high demand they maybe implement the profile. Not to smart.

You need to ask Phase One via a support case. This is a user forum.0
