Capture losing Catalog, Styles and Presets on startup
So here is the thing, my C1 install keeps resetting itself on startup every couple of weeks. I use C1 on three different machines, two of which are used regularly on work laptops and third (one with the problem) on my home desktop PC.
Now, the only library Catalog and Styles I use are on the personal machine as the other two are for Sessions only with no Styles installed. The home PC with Catalog in question uses a mechanical HDD with around 600GB of photos in the library.
As this is my personal computer, I probably boot C1 Pro once every two-three weeks, except when I start the program I have an empty library with no Styles installed (free ones obtained via phaseone.com). Every time I need to fix this, I have to manually locate the last Catalog backup file, and double click FILENAME.cocatalogdb, followed then by manually importing Styles via C1 Pro dialogue box, and pointing to the correct downloaded directory.
Why is this happening, and how do I fix it?

If your C1 is installed in "Program Files"? If so I'd re-locate is somewhere else to see if the issue goes away. Program files folders have tighter constraints and sometimes won't allow certain data to be saved. 0
