    Richard,

Usually when one gets multiple mailings of the RAW News, it is because they have created Multiple Profiles at the web site.

It is very important to use and maintain only 1 Profile.
If any information changes, including email address, All Info can be Edited/Updated after login.
Support can check your Profiles if you submit a Support Case.

If you only have 1 Profile and 1 Email address, and did receive multiple mailings, then Marketing will have to help you. They Always reply to customer emails. You should have received an automated reply from them, if not, it was blocked on your end.

    Cheers,
    k c

I have only one Profile, and in the 30 months I've been receiving Raw News, it
was only Issue 64 that I received multiple copies of.

I had received the auto-reply, but at the time of posting nothing else.

At approximately the same time (2 hours apart) as your posting I did also
receive a real reply from Marketing as well. Their explination satisfies me, and
I'm sure that they won't mind if I copy the sailient points over to here so a wider
    audience can see it.

We have a dedicated mailserver hosted in Germany, that crashed in the
middle of the job, wich takes approx. 12 hours to run.

When the server is restarted by the hosting company the mail server
application automatically start to build and send emails from the start again.

Depending on how fast we find out and react on the server break down, some
people got the email twice, before we can stop it.

As the mail server application cannot show wich emails are already sent, we
have to send it all again, therefore some people have received it three times.

We are working to find a more reliable solution.

We hope you will be patient with us.

    end of quote

They are obviously having quite some problems at the moment as, so far, I've
received 4 copies of Issue 64. It looks like that they are working to resolve
    these problems.

    Thanks for your reply.
