Wrong exif date in metadata view

All files I've loaded in session mode untill now, have the creation date (exif) 01/01/0001 00.00.00.
With CaptureOne 7 I can see the correct informations in the same files, without do anything particular .
What I can do?

    Tell us what files they are. From a camera, scanner. Processed or raw?

    All the files are RAW. All my images, new and old, mainly from Olympus cameras, some from Canon, have the same problem.
    Curiously, if I open the processed files with a viewer ( Fastone),the creation dates are correct ...
    Instead, If I open them with C.O.8 the date is uncorrect.
    With C.O. 7 there aren't problems, never.
