Keyword frustration

Although I like the program with its hikups the keywords freak me out. My background is the Lightroom library keywording. Following items I have an issue with: (maybe there all easily solved)
- I like to work with place holders which don't export, here all place holders export,
- I'm unable to have private keywords, which is good when working with people which identities I don't want to be public,
- I would love to have synonyms, now its a slew of keywords hanging of the one keyword,
- Alphabetical order, if I type in new keywords there not sorted alphabetical (maybe this is a setting?),
- A simple search field to see weather I have a keyword in my collection,
- Exporting lists of keywords so I can use them from catalog to catalog,
- Importing keywords from the export or from a text file (I tried everything on the forum to move the Lightroom keywords
into Media Pro but nothing worked for the moment),

For me keywording and captioning is one of the important aspects of my catalogs. If anyone can help on any of the above please help. If others have the same frustration, maybe a support case could be made to have the keywording improved.
