Media Pro 1.4.2 only 32bit on OSX

CAPTURE NIKON D700
Hallo i know that Media Pro 1.4.2 don't compatible with C1 pro 8,
but i found that MP is the only App on OSX using 32 bit is that normal 💡
i am getting only crash wen i use the auto update file .
