Program will not open; ver. 5.0

Attempting to launch the program, dialogue box to choose new session or select previous is as far as I get, after this selection of a previous session or establishing a new one the program fails to respond.

  Pretty sure we solved your permissions issue through a support case. If not then please create a support case and we can walk you through a fix for your machine.
