Regenerate Preview issue

For some reason, my preview stays pixelated and despite my attempts to "Regenerate Preview", the image still stays pixelated. I was running C1 5.0 and just updated to 5.0.1 to see if that would fix it, but to no avail. I'm also on quad intel running snow leopard 10.6.2.

any help would be appreciated.

  I've had a similar problem with previews showing up green and not generating. I opened up a support case with screen saves. Phase tell me no one else has had this problem so it might be worth you opening a support case with them. Best, John.

  Get a support case going if you havn't already. Provide us a RAW file and specifics about your setup. We'll take a look.

  Here's the solution via phase one
  Please try the following:
  Go to your View Menu go to Proof Profile and select a proof profile.
  This shoudl do the trick.
  Let me know if your problem persists.
