Banding when processed in C1

Hi, my first post here.

I have just returned from a trip and am experiencing issues with night shots. Specifically banding in sky areas. When I try to process the file in Camera RAW the problem isn't present. The banding is apparent on a monitor I haven't got around to printing anything out. Any thoughts would be helpful. I have tried playing with the normal noise controls but no luck!
