How to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.0 pro

I have already upgraded from 3.0 le to 4.0. Since I use my laptop (MacPro) for a client, they gave me a registration key to use so as to shoot tethered. I activated 3.7.9 Pro with no problems. I wish to upgrade to 4.0 pro and cant figure out what to do. If you are running 4.0le, how do you upgrade to Pro? I don't see any place that even asks or instructs on how to do it. I have the latest version 4.6.1 running now.

  No one here ever upgrade from 4.0 LE to Pro?

  When you install(ed) CO 4.5 or later and activate with your CO 3 Pro key you should get CO 4.x Pro.
  When you have activated versions of CO 4.x prior to 4.5 with your CO 3 Pro key, an update to 4.5 or later should unfold CO 4 Pro capabilities. If not - and that is not clear from your post - deactivate and activate.
