    in order to provide proper assistance, is C1Pro crashing when all the other applications are not running?

    The problem can be the other applications...

    C1Pro is a ressource hungry application.

    It's just a computer...

    All Support Cases are responded to quite timely and never left unanswered.
    If you have created a Support Case, Please provide the Case # so we may find out why you have not received a response from Technical Support.

    I think that MOA is talking about the CRASH REPORT that are automatically generated when C1Pro "unexpectedly quit" and not about Support Case that you create online.

    Thank You Olivier, I think you are correct.

    These reports go direct to Developers in DK and Technical Support never sees them.
    This if fine for long-term improvement of the program, but not the way to go for a solution to a problem at the present time.

    MOA - Please create a Support Case and attach the Crash Log to the case.
