Can't install 64 bit version due to NET.Framework 4 problem
Hi Folks,
Would be grateful for any help with the following:
I was running Cature One Express 6 on my 32 bit Win XP PC, no problems.
I've now upgraded to Win 7 64 bit Home Premium, so I downloaded the 64 bit installer for CO6.
When I run the installer it says:
It has been detected that you do not have NET.Framework 4 installed, click OK to install it.
I click OK and the NET.Framework 4 installer comes up and says:
The same or a newer version of NET.Framework 4 is already installed.
Then the CO6 installer says it can't continue so it closes.
I've tried going to Add/Remove progs to uninstall NET. Framework 4, but (peculiarly) it says this cannot be done as it needs a 32 bit processor.
So where do I go from here??
Anybody else had the same or similar problem?
