Have you seen this blog article especially the section on re-establishing broken links about half way down?

It's based on an earlier version of C1, but I think the principle is still the same.

    Hello everybody,

I´m new to the forum but not new to C1.
Since I experienced the exact same problem with missing folders I´m warming up this thread.

The pictures are still in the catalogue and accessible via "all pictures", but the folders are missing. adding them manually doesn´t work - the added folder doesn´t contain any pictures (the files are physically there though).

Have you found a solution for the problem? The contents in the article posted by Ian3 don´t help in this situation.
    Version is 12.1.0 on Win 10 64.

    thank you and best regards,
    Jo

If you have added back the folders, but the images in them don’t show, have you tried then synchronising the folders in question?

Hi Jo, I can't remember how I fixed this, but the method in the blog post did not work. Sorry I couldn't be of any help but I think I figured it out some time after I'd posted this as I'd normally report back with the solution.

    thank you for your reply!
Since I couldn´t solve the problem I reactivated a backup. But another user in a C1-facebook-group experiences the exact same problem, and we would still be very interested in a solution.
I don´t use any lightroom presets...
