Where did my Minimize button go?

I don't have a minimize button on my capture one software. Even if i select another program it won't over ride the current screen. However, i have to hit the \"minimize all windows\" button in the quick launch are of the Microsoft start bar, then i can display another window.

    It could be in the full screen mode which does not give you the option in the upper right corner for minimizing or windowing. Try hitting the F7 key which is the default switch for turning on and off the full screen mode. If it is not that I am not sure what is going on.
