Hi, try to use the Tool floating and not in the Tool Tab. Alternatively, you can try to remove other Tools from the ToolTab. I think what you describe happens due to Screen Resolution. There is not enough 'space' to show the color editor expanded. I experience the same on my Surface Pro, but not on my PC.

I can try that when I get home later on. I don't think that will be the case as the tool menu only had about 4-5 other tools in it. But I'll give it a shot.
How do I make the tool floating?

Just drag and drop it outside the Tool Tab.

    You're suggestion was correct

Dragged it out to become floating, opened perfectly. But only under Basic. Advanced and Skin tones just show up with a full black pallet.

Choose the picker Tool and pick a color 😊
