adjustments not sticking to new captures

I am shooting tethered with a 5dmkii on MacOS 10.6.6 w/ C1 6.0

Adjustments I have made randomly reset on new captures. ie 10 new captures take the settings and the next ten all reset to zero.

Did I miss an upgrade?

    CO 6.0.1 is latest.
    How did you set the Next Capture Adjustments? Copy from Last or was it reset during shooting?

    Next capture adjustment is set to "capture from primary" - It resets during capture

    Worth trying 6.0.1 and see if the Next Capture Adjustments sticks. Also try Copy from Last (for a change).
