It sounds like you are using uncompressed files on a D4s, this is currently not supported.
make sure you use compressed files.
We will update support to inclue uncompesser files very soon.

You have to change the settings in the cam to compressed file.

Is that also the case with D3x and D4 files? I'm shooting uncompressed and files that has been processed by Capture NX2 show up scrambled whilst (doesen't even show in its virgin state) whilst files which has only been transferred from the card to the computer via Nikon transfer show up. This might then explain why some users report that they have success with having Capture NX2 edited files show in their Virgin state whilst I don't.

When you say update "very soon" does that mean within the next couple of days or what (my trial will expire in a couple of weeks) and will the update be available for those that are on the trial version?

After a release of the new version of the program there were problems with converting of files from Nikon D4S. On the monitor the photo can look normally, but after export we receive the damaged photo. Files from Nikon D4 and Nikon D800, 810 are converted normally.

    hello,

Do you have some news for a correction for this bug for D4S files (uncompressed files), i would like to use the new grain tools for a urgent work in black and white conversion for a publication...

I made already the pictures so no way to use the Raw compression in the camera.

    Thanks in advance
